one lucky dog

IMG_79181

Yesterday while I was in our office, the boys were watching TV or at least one of them was. I knew something was up when a couple of minutes had transpired with complete and total silence.

I peeked into the family room and there sat Kai, mesmerized by Scooby-Doo. Not one of my favorites for them to watch, but Amanda got them hooked and I actually prefer it to the obnoxious Sponge Bob. AJ was nowhere in sight.

I tiptoed through the house, as I often do, in order to catch him in the act! When I was walking toward my bedroom, I noticed AJ was kneeling with eyes closed before a little table where I do all my praying. I quickly grabbed my camera and snapped the shot said, "AJ. What are you doing?" He turned towards me and in a very serious tone responded with, "Mama! I'm praying for Jesus to take the zombies away from Scooby-Doo!"

I LOVE THAT BOY!!!!!!!!!

Last week, my Caleb (age 4) announced at dinner that he was going to fast cream cheese for 3 days. My wise husband simply asked "Why is that Caleb" to which he responded "I don't like it!"

Rejoicing with you in the blessings of our little ones,
Sarah Dawn

Cute and sweet. About the ND post. I am one of the 350,000 signers to stop nobama from speaking. It saddens me greatly about the liberal facet of the Catholic church too and I am not even Catholic but it is one Christian church serving the same Christ! Preach on sister!

Oh how sweet. You know sweet friend on your above post about the Catholic church...it is not just them...it is in every denomination. I think we all have a tendency to think a little too highly of our priests, preachers, deacons etc. They are really just human beings....they should be living a cleaner, spirit filled life but again...they are not Jesus...they were born sinners. They do though....need prayers. Satan attacks people in the ministry each day especially those who are being effective...yes...they all need our prayers. Love you!
