Oh this is GREAT!!!!!! Yea, my jaw hit the floor when I heard Madame Speaker so eloquently say (insert gag) that the people attending these tea parties are a bunch of rich, radical right-winged extremists....WHAT?????!!!!....It just shows the tremendous disconnect between the 'powers that be' in Washington DC and the people.
At our tea-party there was a kid wearing a ball and chain around his leg. I saw some really great signs.
I am laughing so hard here. You go, Ohilda!! Your kids are so, SO adorable!!

THIS is the funniest thing I've read all year!!! WAY TO GO Ohilda. I'm going to pay the postage (ground trac WITH a signature) to send these photos to the White House!!! If you will do it, let me know and I'll foot the bill!!!!!! You need to make sure they are at least 8x10's...
Better yet.. I HAVE A brilliant idea! .. These need to be billboard size! Wonder if we can find some empty billboards across the country owned by a conservative business person that would like to fill them with something meaningful and eyecatching??!! Wouldn't that be a hoot!!!?
If nothing else, we need to get these into Rush L. or Sean's hands! These are priceless and sooo relevant!
You go, girl! Love it and love the signs. The favorite one I saw at our local tea party was "I'll keep my money, you keep your change". I have been a bit disconcerted hearing the reaction to the tea party participants. I've just decided that if the government wants to label my family as right wing extremists, so be it. I think the thing that really got me is that the Obama administration has decided to not use the word "terror" to describe Muslim extremists but then releases a report using the word "terror" to describe many different groups of conservative Americans Amazing!
