"Once our eyes are opened, we cannot pretend we don't know what to do. God, who weighs our hearts and keeps our souls, knows that we know, and holds us responsible to act." Proverbs 24:12

Thank you!

Your prayers were heard. We got through the storm with no damage and minimal inconvenience, which included 12 hrs without power and still no phone lines, but if that's the biggest of our problems, we really have none.

Our hurricane shutters are not coming down quite yet. We now await to see what happens with a new little something brewing out there. We should know more by the weekend.

Oh I'm glad everything went okay...though 12 hrs. w/out power IS pretty long! Compared to weeks w/out power though, it is minimal you are right! I didn't know there was something else brewing...I'll have to start paying attention to the news!

Happy to hear that all is well. We are enjoying the cooler temps in Atlanta from the storm.
Our Kai started school today. He insisted on wearing his new jeans! Thank goodness it was a balmy 79 degrees!
Thanks for keeping us all informed.
Warm hugs~
Shanna
