A Quickie....

I wasn't going to post, but I decided to do so because I know many of you are wondering where I am. Thank you to those that have emailed asking me if I'm OK because I haven't posted in the past 3 days.

I can't go into details, but an incident occurred on Friday that has rocked my world. Not for the good. The children and Scott are all fine, praise God, but the enemy has pushed me towards my God with a burning desire and pleading for His intervention.

My "HATE" post has become something that I have lived through these past 3 days and I am desperately trying to find that "Grace" that I wrote about because I feel my body being poisoned. Ironically, I hate that feeling! In true "God style", our priest's entire homily on Sunday spoke about hate and the enemy. I felt like I was the only one in the church.

I know all of this sounds very confusing and I will start blogging soon again. Probably tomorrow. But I am not at liberty, nor do I feel up to writing about Friday's incident. Maybe in time I could do so.

My huge prayer is that all my dear prayer warrior friends, please lift us up in prayer. I continue to believe that everything happens for a reason and that in the end, it is for His glory. I will continue to put on the armor of God to shield me from whatever arrows are shot my way.

Amen, girl. You got it. Lord Jesus, I ask for protection for my friend, Ohilda; protection for her family, her person, her faith, her heart, her emotions, her mind. I pray that You would place a guard of angels around her, keeping the enemy from her. Let her know again and again that You love her. I pray she would find You near. In Jesus' name...Amen.

Prayers spoken and will continue (in particular from our kids - God hears kids 'better'!). At times like this mixing a little American Indian Shaminism / Eastern (Asian) energy balancing / and good ol fashion Christianity - as you pray / think / meditate on the events, picture yourself cloaked in a drape of white roses. These roses shield you from the pain / anger / negative thougths directed at you. Feel the Peace of Christ settle then over you - and open your mind to hear the resolution offered.

Give it a little try - you'll be surprised!

hugs - many of them - and thanks for your comments too

Dear Lord, I ask that you surround my friend and her family with your mighty angels. Lord you know the desire of her heart is to serve you and to be obedient when you call her! I ask that you bring her specific encouragement today that would lift her heart and bring her peace. Thank you Lord for the voice she has been and is for the unborn. Give her the strength and endurance to continue this mission you have started her on. Help her to keep looking at life from Your perspective and not man's. Please love on my dear friend today Lord.

In Jesus' precious name.

Love you girl!!

I have been worried about you and praying for you already. I had a sense something was up. I've been praying for God to wrap you in his arms. Now I'll pray more specifically.

You are loved, my friend.

Ohilda, I remember having some incidents like that this past year. Ones that were just to private to share, but that still required so much prayer. The enemy seeks to kill, steal, and destroy and you are such a soldier for the Lord that you are one of his big targets, but praise God that you have the Armor of God on and that those arrows will not pierce YOUR heart for that heart belongs to JESUS!! Lifting you and your family up in prayer now.

And, although I don't know what your situation is, I can tell you from my experiences recently, that I felt like life was over, but God surrounded us with his immeasurable peace and you are right, everything happens for a reason and I see the flowers blooming in the valley.

LOVE, Veronica in CA
